By using WiWi, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

WiWi helps users discover and watch video news, TV bulletins, podcasts and other video content from multiple sources. Features, countries, channels and supported devices may change over time.

3. Third-party content

Much of the content available through WiWi is created, published, hosted or controlled by third parties. WiWi does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability or continued accessibility of third-party content.

4. Intellectual property

WiWi’s own software, branding, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party content, logos, trademarks and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent technical restrictions, scrape protected areas, use the service unlawfully or infringe the rights of others.

6. Accounts

If account features are offered, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over your account and device. You may request deletion through the account deletion process.

7. Availability

WiWi may change, suspend or discontinue features or access where necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the service or any particular third-party video.

8. Disclaimers

WiWi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. News and informational content should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiWi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on third-party content.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
