Privacy Policy

Effective date: 21 August 2026

This policy is a practical launch draft and should be reviewed against the exact production analytics, authentication, advertising and third-party SDKs used in the released apps.

1. Who we are

WiWi is a digital video discovery and viewing service operated by Media House Agency. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used and protected when you use WiWi websites and applications.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect account information, device and app information, country or language settings, selected channels, app diagnostics, usage events and communications you send to support.

3. Account and sign-in data

If you choose to sign in through a third-party identity provider such as Google, WiWi may receive basic account information permitted by that provider, such as your name, email address and account identifier. WiWi does not receive your third-party account password.

4. How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the service.
  • Remember your country, channels and preferences.
  • Understand product performance and improve reliability.
  • Prevent abuse and protect the service.
  • Respond to support, publisher and legal requests.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

5. Analytics, advertising and third-party services

WiWi may use analytics, crash reporting, authentication, video platforms, advertising or other service providers. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The final production version of this policy should list material providers actually used in the released product.

6. Third-party content

WiWi may link to or display content from third-party publishers and platforms. Your interaction with those services may be governed by their own privacy practices.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law, security needs or dispute resolution.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information. You may also be able to manage app permissions and advertising choices through your device or platform settings.

9. Account deletion

Instructions for requesting account deletion are available at wiwi.tv/account-deletion.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

WiWi is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.

12. International use

WiWi may operate across multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
