If you signed in
Send an email from the address you signed in with to privacy@wiwi.tv, with the subject WiWi Account Deletion.
What to include
- The email address of the Google account you used to sign in.
- A clear statement that you want the account deleted.
What we delete
Two things: the name, email address, profile photo and account identifier we received from Google when you signed in, and the favourites, channel selections and podcast subscriptions saved to our servers against that account.
Deleting the account does not reach the copy held on each device. To clear that, sign out on the device, or uninstall the app.
How long it takes
We may first take reasonable steps to confirm the request came from you. After that we delete the account information within 30 days. We will write back to confirm when it is done.
What may be kept
We may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and honoured, where that is needed to demonstrate compliance, and anything a law obliges us to retain. Nothing is kept longer than those purposes require.
