How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your WiWi account to privacy@wiwi.tv with the subject WiWi Account Deletion.
Include
- The email address used for your WiWi account.
- Your country, if relevant to the account.
- A clear request to delete your account and associated personal data.
What happens next
We may take reasonable steps to verify the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information that is no longer required, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution obligations.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required by law, to protect the service, to document compliance with a request or to resolve disputes. Retained information will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
